This is my dream dress! My mother had a navy blue chiffon one which she bought in Portobello Market while living in London in the 70s. It was discarded to the dressing up box during my childhood. I fished it out in my teens and wore it until the holes became indecently big. I had the best times in that dress! I would just fling it on and feel wonderful. This is my version of that beautiful dress, I’ve tweaked it in a few places, added some frills but have kept the original and defining details such as the shirred shoulder and the separate waist panel. I hope you love it as much as I do and I hope my mother approves of it’s reincarnation!

The Daughter Dress has balloon sleeves and slightly dropped waist with long skirt to the ankle. It has a shirred detail on the shoulder. Designed to be worn a little oversized.

Made of high quality Poly Silk which makes it more durable and less likely to wrinkle.
