Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges
We currently charge £5.00 standard UK delivery and £25 for international delivery, for all orders placed on Grace Wears. All of our items are sent via Royal Mail signed for services. Please note that any blanket coat orders are charged £10 for standard UK delivery due to the size of the product.
Please note due to COVID-19 some parcels may take a little longer than normal to arrive. If you need your parcel urgently, please send us an email info@gracewears.london

Order Cancellations
Any order may be cancelled until the buyer has received the Shipping Confirmation. Please note that it is not possible to cancel any orders once the item has been shipped.
Returns
We hope you will love your Grace Wears item(s), however if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, they can be returned for a refund within 14 days. Please note that this doesn’t include personalised or bespoke items.
In order to request a return, please email info@gracewears.london within 7 days with your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Please note that items sent back without prior request cannot be accepted.
Items must be sent to us, unused and with the original labels intact, to the return address provided. Any items that are returned in an unsellable condition cannot be refunded.
We recommend that goods are sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. We unfortunately cannot accept returns that are received 14 days after your email request but are happy to issue a credit note for Grace Wears for these item(s).
We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 to 10 days. All returns will be credited to the original payment card only.
Sale Items
Returns for seasonal sale items must be requested within 3 days of receipt and the returning items must be received within 7 days by Grace Wears for a full refund.
Please note that orders from our online sample sales are final sale only and are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Charges
Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges or any customs duties or taxes which you may have paid on your order.
Please note that Grace Wears is not liable for the cost of your returning items, except in the occasion of faulty goods, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
Please note that at this moment of time, Grace Wears are able to handle request for size exchanges of the same product. Please email info@gracewears.london within within 7 days to request this, detailing the size you would like to exchange to.

Pre-orders
These Terms & Conditions apply when you pre-order an item from Grace Wears. By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.
Placing a pre-order
Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for items that are not yet produced/in-stock. Pre-orders are collected and will be produced at the end of the collection period. Pre-orders is a sustainable way to collect orders before production.
Payments
When you place a Pre-order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item. You may cancel your Pre-order and get a full refund of your Pre-order Payments at any time before the item has been despatched.
Delivery
When items are produced, orders will be shipped to you, subject to availability. For some areas delivery will take longer.
Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the items has been despatched (“Despatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Despatch Notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment.
The purchase of items is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation. When you buy from our online shop, our online shop purchasing terms will also apply, see our general terms and conditions.
